- All videos and photos are provided via a 'clickable' link in email.
[1] Video includes a slow-motion close-up "circle" of the construction property and text identifying the property and date.
[2] Photo Package includes following construction photos: front, left, right, and back of property, top down of property, and landscape view of property and surrounding area. All photos are included in the video.
Aerial Construction Monitoring (ACM) provides regularly scheduled drone pictures and videos that enable construction management to monitor construction progress even when they are away from the site. The drone is configured to fly the same flight path, day or night, on a regular basis which means construction management will see photos and videos from the same vantage every time.
Note: Water's Edge Real Estate and Drone Photography drone pilots are FAA Part 107 Certified Commercial Drone Pilots, which is required by law for real estate and commercial photos and videos.
