Water's Edge Real Estate and Drone Photography takes personal pride in the quality of our work. To ensure high quality photos and videos, each will be post-processed by hand on a computer to ensure proper lighting, colors, and sharpness. Our preference is quality above all else.
All photos and videos go through intensive post-processing and quality assurance before they are delivered to you. Any post-processing considered beyond "normal" real estate photo and video editing may incur an additional post-processing fee. We will discuss with you before any additional fees are incurred.
All service prices include tax.
Our camera photos are taken using High Dynamic Range (HDR).

High quality daytime photography occurs when the light best shows the property, which depends on the direction of the sun/light and time of day. Ideally, photos and videos of the front of the property would be taken when the sun/light is on the front of the property. Properties with special characteristics may need to be photographed during a different time of day. We will work with you to determine the best time of day for photos and videos.

Sunrise/sunset provides fuller, more robust colors, better, more dramatic contrast, and warmer, more inviting tones for photos and videos. South and North facing properties are particularly well-suited for dusk photos and videos since they do not receive direct sunlight that can sometimes overwhelm some colors.

Aerial (drone) photography provides for a more complete context of the property that is not possible from ground-level/camera photography. Aerial photos/videos are exceptional at displaying the scale of the property and the relationship to close-by desirable characteristics, such as the ocean. Aerial photos/videos provide the buyer with more information from which to confirm their buying decision.
Note: Water's Edge Real Estate and Drone Photography drone pilots are FAA Part 107 Certified Commercial Drone Pilots, which is required by law for real estate and commercial photos and videos.

Walk-through video tours are designed to show buyers the look-and-feel of a property just as if they were walking through a property themselves - all from their computer monitor. These videos are shot at eye level, or higher or lower as needed, and include room-to-room pans and highlights of key property benefits. Walk-through videos are frequently credited with motivating perspective buyers to visit a property in person.

2D Floor Plans illustrate the structural design of a property and are becoming a key part of successful real estate marketing. These floor plans show key information, such as the room layouts and relationship between rooms and spaces. Perspective buyers can then visualize their furnishings inside the property and begin to determine if renovations will be necessary.
Note: 2D Floor Plans are digitally created, do not provide exact measurements, and are to be used as a guideline only.

Photo Books are also becoming a key part of successful real estate marketing and will make a wonderful client gift at closing. These 8” x 10" hardcover books include an exterior property photo and physical property address on the cover, your personal message on the opening page, and full-page photos of the property on all subsequent pages.
Note: While the design of these Photo Books is done in-house, the printing is done via third party.
